Nourish Line Helps Neighbors Access SNAP

As Feeding Louisiana's Neighbor Services Coordinator, Keithan Ivey helps neighbors receive vital food assistance from SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). The primary goal of Nourish Line is to help neighbors from all walks of life complete their SNAP applications. Keithan has assisted college students, un-housed individuals, the elderly, and those without reliable internet or computer access. More than 167 applications have been submitted since the call center launched.
While we'd like to see a Louisiana where no one experiences hunger, we're grateful for the increased capacity Keithan brings to assist our neighbors facing food insecurity.
