With a passion for history and a deep respect for people, Caitlin has developed a career working with Louisiana nonprofits spanning more than a decade. She believes in amplifying the voices of Louisiana residents to build relationships and direct resources to our state. Her worldview and dedication to the work of Feeding Louisiana is shaped by her dual Irish and American nationality, and inspiration from the proverb, Sankofa, “Go back and get it.” These guide her efforts to bridge people and ideas, to build projects that inspire a more interconnected community.

Caitlin serves on the VCC Foundation's Board of Directors’ Executive Committee and was recently recognized as one of Gambit's "40 Under 40". She holds a bachelor's degree from Randolph College (founded as Randolph Macon Woman’s College) and a master’s from Tulane University. In her free time, she enjoys soccer, practicing yoga, paddle boarding, and catering to her pets: Otis, The Duchess, and Charlie.
